Can’t recommend the team at Gosford family dentist enough. It started with a desperate late night call for a second opinion on severe post wisdom teeth removal from another practice. Dr Jake was so considerate and understanding and was able to squeeze me in the following day at a time convenient to me (I have a newborn & he took this into consideration)!!! Once there the team at the front desk were so welcoming. I saw Dr Jake and he immediately was able to see the issue and rectify it. For a week I have been living with excruciating pain to the point I was having pain in my temples, under my eye and could hear my blood swirling in my ear. Tonight I sit feeding my newborn with no pain or discomfort & no blood swirling in my ear for me to hear! I truly can’t thank Dr Jake enough. The consult was incredibly thorough and even included photos for me to be able to see the issue at hand! Post care instructions & medications have been a saviour also. Will now only be seeing the team at Gosford family dentist and will recommend to EVERYONE!!! Thank you so incredibly much team (especially Dr Jake)

I was initially told I had impacted wisdom teeth that could only be removed surgically, which would have been extremely expensive. At that point, I was already in a lot of pain and feeling quite stressed. I then came across Gosford Family Dental, and from the very first phone call with Zoe and Malina, I felt a sense of hope and confidence that there might be another option. They explained everything so calmly and clearly, making the process feel smooth and far less overwhelming. They were able to accommodate me very quickly for a consultation, where I met Dr Kelvin Lin. He was confident that my wisdom teeth could be removed safely in the dental chair, without surgery, and at a much more reasonable price. His confidence instantly put me at ease, and I felt comfortable going ahead as soon as an appointment was available which they organised promptly. The wisdom tooth removal itself was completely pain-free. Despite having significant anxiety beforehand, I felt relaxed, supported, and safe throughout the entire procedure. Dr Lin was gentle and reassuring, and the overall experience was far better than I ever expected. I’m incredibly grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend Gosford Family Dental to anyone feeling anxious or unsure about their options.

I went in with some severe tooth pain, booked an appointment the day it started, they took me in to look at it immediately, and the next day the issue was sorted. One of the best, most caring and overall wonderful experiences for my partner Hannah and I yesterday. My partner had an emergency broken tooth that required immediate attention. Dr Ingar Wong and dental assistant Tara, showed Hannah, who was incredibly scared and nervous, immense respect, understanding and comfort through the entire procedure which took over an hour. They also made the time to fit her in to their very busy afternoon. Practice manager Malina also offered to call Hannah’s work place on her behalf to help as much as they could with her recovery. Dr Jake Jang is excellent, he uses the latest technology, is warm and caring while being very professional, and has done crowns snd implants for me at half the price of other dentists. I have had no problems whatsover and am very happy with the high quality of the materials he uses and with the attention to detail that he applies. Malina the receptionist is so friendly and helpful too, i have had to cancel last minute due to illness and she never minds or charges for cancellation. Highly recommended.

Dr Jake and all of his staff were the stellar on all levels. I had a tooth extracted, yet unlike prior dentists I visited, Dr Jake was painless, precise and swift. Just as I was getting comfortable in the chair and gearing myself up mentally for the pain of having a tooth pulled, he said, “All done”. I thought he was joking, he wasn’t. They also went out of their way to set up Netflix for my viewing on the ceiling, and their scanning machines and tech gadgets appear all brand new. I can’t recommend Dr Jake and his team enough. As a voiceover artist who relies on my speech for income, I was talking as per usual after a day and a half.

Hi, I cant speak too highly of GFD and totally recommend them without reserve. Great team! I had a tooth issue last year and booked in to a dentist to get it fixed. Got a rookie dentist who could not fix it. I rang around, and when I contacted GFD, they got me in almost straight away. Saw Jake and after a couple of x-rays he sussed out the real problem and did some work to fix it. Have had no problems since. Thanx Jake and the team at GFD.
